Patrick has owned and operated a variety of restaurants for over 30 years. His most recent venture is the hugely successful Patrick David’s Restaurant & Bar in Danville. It has garnered many awards, including "Best New Restaurant in the East Bay" from the readers of the Diablo Magazine.

Patrick strives to use only the freshest ingredients. He personally searches throughout the Bay Area at all the local markets for the finest ingredients. He is the driving force behind Patrick David’s Fine Catering. It is a full service Catering and Event Planning Company that specializes in the finest of culinary delights, with impeccable service and breathtaking presentation.

Patrick has studied with some of the country’s most respected Chefs. He has recently returned from New York City, where he studied with the renowned Chef Daniel Boulud of Restaurant Daniel.

Patrick lives in Danville with his wife and business partner, Laura Schoolcraft, and their two children.
