Patrick David Schoolcraft is the creator and co-owner of Patrick David’s. He is a self-taught chef with over 35 years of experience. He travels throughout the world learning new cuisine to infuse fresh styles and presentation to his catering and restaurant menu. He has studied with some of the most renowned chefs throughout the country to design his cuisine. Chef Daniel Boulud of Restaurant Daniel, and Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin and Francois Payard to name a few.
