Set to DSP LLE the music never completely disappears, but the sound stutters like crazy. The frames per second never drop below 45 though. First I set Dolphin settings up for good graphics.

This can be because your pc isn't fast enough to run full speed or because a vsync issue is making the game run slightly too fast or slightly too slow. i.e forcing a game with a 60.1Hz refresh rate to 59.94Hz. But if you think that G-SYNC is causing stuttering maybe try using the NCP to set MAME.EXE or RA.EXE (or whatever the RA executable is) to use ULMB instead of G-SYNC.
