Jul 1, 2024. #1. hi, i have an fx 9590 and a msi 990fxa gaming motherboard while all fx cpus are unlocked and this motherboard does support overclocking, when i go into the bios or go to msi commander neither allow me to change the cpu multiplier. does anyone know why this is? btw im using a dark rock pro 4 cooler in push pull with 3 fans so ... Access that USB and go to the sources folder and Delete "Install.esd" Now mount the Windows 11 ISO and copy Install.wim from the sources folder and copy that file to the Windows 10 ISO Sources folder. It was so simple!
